Charles Carroll was the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence and menber of Freemasons.

Biography

Charles Carroll feeling his death called for a stable boy to drive him to Andrew Jackson, when reaching his destination, Charles found that Jackson was not in his house. Having no choice but to trust the stable boy, Charles gave Thomas Gates the clue The Secret lies with Charlotte, a vital clue to finding the Templar Treasure.
