- "Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Peter Sadusky. I'm the agent in charge."
- ―Peter Sadusky[src]
Peter Sadusky is the FBI Special Agent in charge of the theft of the Declaration of Independence. The investigation leads him to Benjamin Franklin Gates, who is after the Knight Templar and Free Mason treasure.
Being a Free Mason himself, Sadusky is intrigued by Gates who gives up the Declaration and leads him to the real mastermind behind the theft: Ian Howe.
In National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Peter, to his regret, tells Gates about the President's Book of Secrets, which has the answers to every unknown question in American history.
Though an antagonist for part of the story, Sadusky eventually becomes Gates's friend at the end of the movie.
